Information on obtaining the inital password for students

Pick up in the student office

We have extended the opening hours in the student office for personal collection. Upon presentation of your student ID, you will receive the initial passwords from Mon to Thurs from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00 and Fri from 09:00 to 12:00, or by appointment) at the student office, at Akademiestr. 6.

Postal delivery

You would like to have the information about the initial password sent to your address? Please contact the student office by e-mail: studierendenbuero@zuv.tu-freiberg.de  

We need the following information to send it to you:

• Full first and last name
• Matriculation number
• Date of birth
• Scanned student ID and
• Postal address to which the initial password should be sent. 

For students abroad

For students who are not in Germany, it is possible to obtain the initial password via a video conference (with camera and student ID).
